Survey Technician

Description: A Technician should be capable to complete various types of field surveys, construction staking and mapping tasks under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor. Candidate will utilize Trimble GPS and Trimble Robotic Total Stations. Candidate shall have the ability to work alone or with another member of a survey crew and have the ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors. This individual will also be required to complete some survey drafting along with uploading/downloading of data collectors utilizing Auto Cad Civil 3D. This technician will work April to December.

Requirements: Associate’s degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering Technology is preferred; none required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years

 

Architectural Cad / Revit Technician

A Technician should be capable of reading architectural/engineering drawings and have an entry level understanding of construction practices, and applicable building codes and the implications of those codes. A Technician should have some experience with Revit and related software.

Requirements: Associate’s degree is desired. Some experience with CAD and Revit is desired.

Experience: 0 to 3 years

 

Light Gauge CAD/Revit Technician Description: A Technician should be capable of reading architectural/engineering drawings and have an entry level understanding of construction practices, and applicable structural codes and the implications of those codes. A Technician should have some experience with CAD, Revit and related software.

Requirements: Associate’s degree is desirable. Experience with CAD is required and experience with Revit is desirable.

Experience: 0 to 3 years
