Lakeside Foods, a supplier of frozen and canned foods to the retail, food service and industrial segments, have invested $40 million to expand operations. The expansion includes a 100,000-square-foot addition to Lakeside Foods’ frozen packaging and storage space to meet custom packaging needs of existing customers and increase capacity to foster growth and product innovation in the frozen foods industry.
