We were excited to be a part of the Mercury Marine Plant 17 Open House and Dedication earlier this month! This $9 million 23,350 s.f. addition to the facility added capacity for high speed injection diecasting, allowing the company to add onto its building capacity and keep up with the increased demand for outboard engines — particularly those in the V8 and V6 lines.

Excel recently partnered with Mid-States Concrete Industries on the project Deerfield Senior Residence in Deerfield, IL. The precast portion of this 350,000 sq.ft., 240 unit independent living senior residence included a one-story precast podium and a precast elevator shaft. The exterior precast walls feature transitioning areas of vertical and horizontal thin-brick along with various exposed precast rustications.
