Groundbreaking for Village of Slinger DPW

We are excited to be a part of the Village of Slinger DPW building project! Earlier this month was the groundbreaking of their new facility which includes a 16,400 sq. ft. addition and 12,000 sq.ft. renovation. A new wash bay and space for equipment maintenance and vehicle storage is part of the project. In addition, the project includes new offices, a break room and conference space, and a refreshed locker room. We are excited to be working with Mike Koenig Construction on this project!

Mercury Marine breaks Ground on $17M Expansion

We were thrilled to be a part of Mercury Marine’s groundbreaking last Friday of their new $17 million propeller facility! This multi-million-dollar project is underway to expand the company’s propeller-casting facility. The company broke ground on the new 30,000 square foot expansion Friday afternoon. The propeller business will go from 40,000 square feet to about 70,000 square feet, then eventually to 90,000 square feet.

The groundbreaking was attended by Excel’s Tom Schermerhorn and Alex Fiebig, as well as present and former employees of Mercury Marine, contractors working on the facility, city leaders, and community members. It’s also expected the facility will add jobs to the area. We’re excited to be a part of another expansive project with this growing company! Watch the Fox 11 News segment here:
